This location was much more prepared than the 1st location. My vehicle was "guaranteed" for pickup on 12/26/25 at 11:00AM at the BP gas station and when I arrived, they told me that my 'reserved' vehicle had been taken during the night and that it wouldn't be back until 3PM! We had our day planned, and I don't understand how someone could come and take it and then NOT have it back until much later then my 'reserved time and place'. This was totally unacceptable way to run a business. Lona Jorgensen
JON JThe app is not user friendly and difficult to use. The scanner does not work, the pictures do not upload, and check-in/out process is tedious.
LUKE SI was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to rent and pick up the truck. It was a huge help to my family and I’ll use in the future when needed
