JANINE WAt the time of reservation, I added a utility dolly and 2 furniture dollies. These were essential to making my move go smoothly. I was informed when I arrived that the items were not available. That was bad news but then it got worse. I pulled around to get in the truck and the employee was in the back sweeping it out. The truck was absolutely filthy, the entire cargo area was full of dirt. The cab had mud inside of it as well. The entire condition of the truck was disgusting. Despite the efforts to sweep the cargo area, it was still full of dirt. We spent another 20 minutes sweeping when we got to our location before we could load. They did say they would give me a discount due to the horrible condition of the truck, however that didn't happen. On top of all of this, the truck only ahd 4400 miles and sounded like it was going to fall apart. I was legitimately concerned that it was going to strand me on the road. I understand that they aren't responsible for the actions of the previous renter, but it's obvious they paid absolutely no attention to detail upon return of the truck or they simply didn't care. I would not recommed this location.
