Overall, the equipment was clean and well maintained. There was a bit of gunk build up in the corners that could be washed out.

Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. Equipment was in great shape. Can't think of anything that could be improved on. It was a great experience from start to finish.
SHANNON SI think having the customer do a video around the truck and inside may be more helpful than the pictures. The way the U-Hauls are parked in there, do not allow for ease of pictures. It also does not allow for someone to back up far enough to get the whole side in the image.
