Almost impossible to get in and out of. Nobody present and doors locked when arrived. Note on window to call the owner. He makes you do the contract over the phone and then sends somebody out to "help" you. Helper had to have me hook a chain to my vehicle and pull the trailer out of the trees and weeds. Helper didn't review the condition of the trailer with me, even though there was obvious sheet metal damage. Worst experience I've ever had at a Uhaul. Also significant to note that I did not choose this location for pickup. I filtered the app by stores that had availability and chose a good store. The day before the pickup i get a call telling me it was now at this location. Ridiculous. Someone should have moved the trailer to my selected pickup location rather than send me further to a terrible location.
