You have a great employee/manager with Bobby there. Very easy to work with and gets the job done. It would be very difficult and expensive for U-Haul to try to improve the facility even though it really needs a complete makeover to become a premium location. But if U-Haul wants a world-class enterprise in the southwest Houston area, corporate headquarters should consider a major upgrade to this facility.

LUIS VTruck had a bad odor, driver door did not fully close/open door light stayed on for duration of use. AC only worked on high. A few minutes before reservation I received a call to transfer reservation to another location.. this was the second time that day my reservation would have been moved at the last minute so I took what was available.
