Make sure they understand there are mobile pick up/ drop off locations and some are only in person. The app honestly takes longer and stressed me out. i did however love the fact it helped me find a storage unit.
Darion HWas kind of confusing and the location didn’t look like a place to drop off a truck
ANDREW ONot happy with how the odometer clocked miles when you barely went from point A to point B. I needed to load big items and clocked my miles from my car to the U Haul and it was clocking faster than my car. Total ripoff
