I went to return the truck, I was never told this was a storefront, not a U-Haul dealership. It is in a strip mall , no other U-Haul equipment in sight. Very hard to drop something off without knowing that you are looking for a ship and print store, not a U-Haul location. You need to notify people of that! I spent over 45 minutes, wasted gas and miles. Not to mention the frustration I was moving and did not have time to waste. Also returned truck with more gas than it had when I picked it up. Since you would charge me $4.75 a gallon I feel you should refund me for the extra gas.
