I had picked uhaul just before 2:00pm on Feb 28 was scheduled to drop off 2:00pm March 01. I dropped off uhaul same location at 9:45 pm on Feb 28 ,I didnt keep it 24hrs. I did attempted to call and text number given t request callback . No one called or text. Was not able to talk to anyone. There wasn't anyway on the App. that would allow me to edit the dropp off time or date, please improve .

GUY BI couldn't figure out how to turn off the dome light I made sure all the doors were locked properly but I could not locate the switch to turn off the dome light of the truck

PAUL DUpon retrieving my schedule ahead rented trailer. I did my own pre trip inspection and found all the tires on trailer bald and one even showing steel wire going all the way around. Which is completely unacceptable, I was made to believe they were maintained and inspected before every rental. I have pictures to prove my experience and I am completely dis satisfied with my overall experience. Not even to mention when dropping off trailer it slipped out of my hands, dropped onto my toe, almost cutting it off and having to go to emergency room And see a foot specialist.
