The vehicle itself was great and worked fine. The human-free pickup and drop off was very time consuming. I spent half hour getting thru all the various hoops and questions and photos the app made me jump through. Then when i thought i was done it made me give them two contacts phone numbers. None of this nightmare was disclosed before i made the rezervation. The burden of work (misery) is shifted from a worker to the customer and I suggest finding a manned location to anyone considering renting.

The owner / franchisee of this site neglected to activate my reservation, resulting in a 40 minute delay in my departure. Her name is Tanya Fisher. She was pleasant but generally not sympathetic and unhelpful. The remote location check out procedure was chaotic and onerous, and I will never do it again. How am I supposed to photograph the roof of a 9 foot van?!? Nearly a dozen photos are required: van from every angle, doors open and closed, gas gauge, odometer, selfie, license front and back. And then the same thing at drop off, all over again. Ridiculous! Hertz does it much better. Go there.
THOMAS Fapp was not working, had to call multiple numbers to deal with representative, some numbers were not answering, very tedious process on both ends (picking up and dropping off), almost failed on both ends. nothing went as planned and smooth. i was grateful for convenience (pickup was a mile away, van was there), but the process itself is not planned well.
