Only think I unfortunately experienced, is the app responsiveness. Sometimes the photos do not upload at all and so have to call the customer service and it is really time consuming. Also, the van in some locations like 1303 n filmore st in Arlington VA has smaller capacity which makes it difficult to fit larger items (fittable in other uhaul vans). These two were my negative experiences, otherwise everything about uhaul is awesome. It is such a help for families.

I spent half hour getting thru all the various hoops and questions and photos the app made me jump through. Then when i thought i was done it made me give them two contacts phone numbers. None of this nightmare was disclosed before i made the rezervation. The burden of work (misery) is shifted from a worker to the customer and I suggest finding a manned location to anyone considering renting.
