When booking online, you are presented with the option to reserve a dolly or hand truck. I got a phone call shortly after making my reservation where I asked about the dolly and was assured that it would be in the vehicle upon pickup. Weeks later, the night before my rental, I got another phone call saying that there would be no dolly and that it was an error when I was told that there would be one. I understand that this location is very simple in its service, but that was blatant false advertising. I had to pick up my vehicle, drive to another U-Haul location to pick up a dolly, do my entire move, then drive back to the other location to drop off the dolly before I could return the vehicle. That was a lot of time wasted with only half a day's notice. If you need anything beyond the empty vehicle, this is not the location for you.

Only think I unfortunately experienced, is the app responsiveness. Sometimes the photos do not upload at all and so have to call the customer service and it is really time consuming. Also, the van in some locations like 1303 n filmore st in Arlington VA has smaller capacity which makes it difficult to fit larger items (fittable in other uhaul vans). These two were my negative experiences, otherwise everything about uhaul is awesome. It is such a help for families.
