Robin SWhat a whacko set up for pick up! Very frustrating
BRENDAN BVery poor communication about the pickup location. It was very unclear that this was simply a van somewhere in a garage. We had difficulty finding the van. It was also not communicated to me that I needed the app to check out the van. I only discovered that when I arrived and called uhaul.
TRAVIS BThe location is a parking garage that is not clearly identified as TL communications. The instructions for picking up the truck were not clear and instructions for dropping off were completely missing. There was no phone number or contact info for help.
