The woman that worked there went above and beyond to help us but the problem was with U Haul, not the location. We were sold a truck AND a hand cart/dolly for moving a refrigerator. They did not have a hand cart. She called around and found a location that had one but we had to drive way out of our way (and rack up miles) to pick one up. They said that this happens all the time and that they are often double booked and have no truck for people.
ron lThe vehicle was clean in the cab but in the back cargo area there was some debris on the floor (dirt, pebbles, etc). The cargo area also had a very strong foul odor - much like urine (possibly cat??). We mopped the cargo area before using it to transport our items because the odor was so strong.
Britnie DEasy drop off but no signage of where to go. You have to go into gas station and wait in line with people paying for their gas. Very friendly and quick once I was helped.
