Truck 🚚 was little bit dirty when I p/u the unit. Overall the clerks were very helpful.

No improvements are needed! The folks who work at this store/gas station are always as nice and thoughtful as anybody could possibly be. This is the 2nd time we've rented a U-Haul truck from AA Gas, and once again the whole process was super simple. No problems at all. But the really nice part is the people who work there. They make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door, and that is kind of rare these days.

Thomas KThe box of the truck smelled of live stock the cab of the truck smelled of stale cigarette smoke and the can was dirty. Have to my my kid a new mattress since by the time I opened the box of the truck I was too far down the road to return it. Disappointed
