There was no counter space (I kept having to step back to provide room for quick stop customers to pay for their junk food). Also, they had loud rock music blaring across the counter, so I had difficulty hearing the counter person. And finally, when I checked the truck there was a handtruck left in the back that I did not order or want (she took it form me without hesitation).
