The online process was absolutely horrific. I was not informed that I needed to be fully verified before hand, so I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the system to figure out what was happening. When I reached out for help, from customer service, I got no response until hours later. Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to have to look other places for rental trucks because this event threw the whole day off track.

The guy opperating the store told me to just use the app which I was having difficutly with already, he was rude and I would not reccommend. Also the address for this place in the app would link google maps to a totally different location in the middle of arlington which I drove to thinking it was where I was suppose to go which caused me to go over my miles which I had to pay an additional amout for. Calling the guy from the store on the phone he sounded confused that I was calling for a uhaul drop off and finally he says, yeah you can drop it here.
