Rayna WI understand the need for licensed uhaul dealers, but locations that are licensed uhaul dealers might need to take that role more seriously. The man who helped us did a great job, but it took a long time because he was the only person available in a gas station and he wasn't fully trained on the return process, a completely different setting from pickup, just felt like whiplash.
Madeline GI asked for a one way/ out of town and told the person which return site I wanted but ended up with in town. I found out after I dropped the truck off that i had to pay an extra $250 for wrong location drop off
ASPEN SThe online process was absolutely horrific. I was not informed that I needed to be fully verified before hand, so I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the system to figure out what was happening. When I reached out for help, from customer service, I got no response until hours later. Absolutely ridiculous. I am going to have to look other places for rental trucks because this event threw the whole day off track.
