The outside of truck was very dirty. The front windshield was very dirty and wipers needed to be replaced. The inside was not clean.

refunds could be faster. According to CashApp it's because of the merchant it's taking so long. Every refund I gotten back from any merchant back on my Cash app card has taken less than 24 hours and it's over 24 hours now and still waiting on refund. Especially on an $11 refund that should be really quick.

RONALD BYour customer service people who work the phones for booking appointments need to go back to school. They f up everything on the appointments. Anything I requested they did not listen. They f up everything they could possibly be f up and the people in the stores had to deal with the F ups. They did a great job. The customer service people you could drop all of them into a pit and no one would miss them. I blame this all on upper management. They caused this problem educate your people better.
