Cleat, person I met and talked with concerning my car trailer rental was courteous and took the time to hook up the traier and go over all the details on how everything worked for picking up my specific vehicle. Maria WWe rented the 10 ft truck to move our adult grandchild and their cat from Washington State to Vancouver Canada. As a person who tries to make sure all bases are covered, I had a million questions to know what extra things we would need to know. The manager was not familiar with the rules for border crossings. He did reach out to his supervisor for more clarification and even suggested I contacted the corporate office If I needed more information- which I did. The corporate office did a great job of explaining everything, which supported the information the district manager relayed to the office manager. Needless, to say, our trip to Canada went very smooth. Perhaps a file could be provided to each office manager with the information on 'What to prepare & expect when crossing an international border" This would of course means getting from The Canadian Border Security or at very minimum, provide the CBS phone number for more information and even their web site,
