They're closed on Saturday, Sunday.Their key drop off box is questionable. The parking alongside the fence was fine.

Paul HNothing site was great I called to change the drop off location to spall storage and they took care of everything. Great location to work with.
Jason DThe way in which the auto hauler was parked too close to another trailer made it very difficult to get it out and in position to load and there was no additional staff there to help with that, it added a significant amount of time and energy to getting the transport loaded. As well the U-Haul system was down, so what should have been an easy precooked reservation ended up taking a lot of time as the employee had to do everything manually, so between those two things we got a very late start to our out of province drive. If it wasn’t for those 2 issues I would have given 5 stars because the young lady that was the only employee there was extremely helpful, competent and friendly.
