This truck was not well maintained. we didn't realize it upon loading, but it rain the whole drive and many of our items were ruined due to there being a hole in the floor boards. I am very displeased by this as it will cost a significant amount to replace some of my items

Bigger lot more parking for trucks would be ideal. Was challenging but not impossible to park in designated area and keep lane clear. 26ft box truck a little challenging to parallel park. Somebody could damage doing this maneuver. Also, a better more updated U-Haul key drop box would be nice. Was challenging to find. It was not the traditional bright orange hard to miss kind, was a dull green mailbox in a weird spot, with a super old sign kind of near it.
