We had to wait an extra day and travel an extra 102 km because the unit we had reserved for 2:00 pm pick up, wasn’t available on time. No compensation from U-Haul was offered. The team at Spall Storage was exceptional. And made efforts to find another unit near by, but nothing was available until the following day.

ROBERT FI can’t comment on the cleanliness, I never went inside office, the computer was down when I arrived, so I had to wait for a email from her. As for personnel being helpful. She tried, to guide me to back up to the beginning of the lane, I was able to back up better on my own. Would I recommend this location to a friend? The variables aren’t conducive for a smooth transition from being someone that needs service asap when the computer system may not be as reliable as it could be
Celina LThis truck was not well maintained. we didn't realize it upon loading, but it rain the whole drive and many of our items were ruined due to there being a hole in the floor boards. I am very displeased by this as it will cost a significant amount to replace some of my items
