Excellent staff - would absolutely rent from them again
Isabella BWe had a horrible experience with U-Haul. We had our “guaranteed “ pick up location and time sent to us the night before, after it had changed four times, only to take a Lyft to the location U-Haul told us to go to, to find no truck for us. We then had to pay for a Lyft back to our home and wait two additional hours for our new “guaranteed “ pick up location. We were set back so much and we were moving with an infant. My wife called Jennifer Bates with U-Haul up in Arvada and she seemed unwilling to help us make the situation right. She told us that we didn’t really spend that much money on the truck rental, so she can’t really do anything for us. Our entire planned move out day with our four month old was an absolute disaster because of U-Haul. Get a better system. If someone decides to extend their rental late the night before, notify the next customer BEFORE they drop 40 dollars on Lyft rides to make the “guaranteed “ pick up time/location.
