We called a location much closer to our house specifically because we wanted to pick up the truck up from there. But when I got the confirmation, we had been moved to a different address which was significantly further from our house. I think it is not very fair that we had to pay for the extra miles this new location added for us and our driving. The people at the location were fabulous, but it was just too far from our house

The people at Ace Hardware were great, but the U-Haul app has major bugs and needs to be completely redone.
Jonny LMake is clearer that the truck does not have a ramp. I have never seen that before and I would have picked a different truck had I known.
Ian HMake sure to just interact with the pleasant humans at Ace. The UHaul app is a nonfunctional time sink.
VINCENT WThe uhaul we were provided had consistent smell of gas/oil leak (#1920), might want to have a tech look at that.
