Relative to Brooklyn the location and service was as expected. Relative to my moves across the U.S. over the last 30 years, not a location I would recommend. The gas was at 1/4 tank when I picked it up, and the gas cap was torn off/missing. The shop representative insisted my picture was showing "7/16ths." I said, look... at the picture... its under a quarter tank if anything, it is not near half a tank... maybe because the gas cap was missing the gas evaporated from when it was dropped off from the last customer. He said nope, it's 7/16ths alright, and insisted I GO pick him up a new gas cap at a local auto shop. He proceeded to print out my receipt showing half a tank of gas and I just shook my head and left. Returned the truck with more gas than I started with, still charged me $20 more for gas, went through Uhaul and the deducted the extra $20. All in all, about what I expected but still, f&*%ing ludicrous people in Rockaway man.
