The attendee at the U-Haul location was working with other customers on selling them buildings. He did not want to take the time to deal with me. I had other people waiting for me. I could not get to my location on time because U-Haul was not available and/ or someone to work with me. It was also misty and rainy, and I believe that was probably another reason he didn't want to come out.
