The location is hard to find. That's #1. Second. I picked up a van on a Sunday, as they were "open." No one was there. There were no directions, no indication of anything. I placed slightly more gas in it than what was left for me, and asked for maybe the milage used to be adjusted. Nope. They are a contracted ny Uhaul. I'd go to an actual uhaul location and NOT this place.

Fix instruction Truck are behind the building
Ramfy DI was hesitant about this location based on other reviews, but my experience was overall positive. The manager was kind and helpful. He walked me through the hybrid pickup process step by step when I arrived, making accessing the lockbox keys super simple. The truck was about as clean as I expect an old u-haul truck to be, and was fine for my small/quick move. I had requested to rent blankets and a dolly, which they did not have on site. I was given the option of going to pick them up at another uhaul location, but I didn’t have time to do that. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback it would be to let the customer know in advance if the extra equipment requested isn’t available. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but I can see it being an issue for bigger and longer moves. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would use this location again.
