When we got to the location for one, we could not find it. Then we tried calling and the guy finally texted and said he was on a call. But still gave us really no information. I finally found it on something else and was able to find the location. When we went to the location, no one was there. The door was open and there was no one inside or in the warehouse next to it. Tried calling numerous more times and finally got him on the phone. He proceeded to have us check all of the boxes for the different keys that he had outside. He had no clue which one went with which truck and the truck we were supposed to have we never found the key for. It was a hot mess. We sat there for 20 minutes before even getting a hold of him. I can't stress how awful of an experience this was. It was honestly the worst ever experience.

Put the correct equipment in the truck. There were no blankets in my truck that I ordered. And the app did not work when I tried to upload any of the pictures, so I was unable to complete the check out online. No one was in the store to help or answer questions even though the sign on the door said open. I called customer service which kept me I hold for 20+ minutes.
Laura HThe location is hard to find. That's #1. Second. I picked up a van on a Sunday, as they were "open." No one was there. There were no directions, no indication of anything. I placed slightly more gas in it than what was left for me, and asked for maybe the milage used to be adjusted. Nope. They are a contracted ny Uhaul. I'd go to an actual uhaul location and NOT this place.

Ramfy DI was hesitant about this location based on other reviews, but my experience was overall positive. The manager was kind and helpful. He walked me through the hybrid pickup process step by step when I arrived, making accessing the lockbox keys super simple. The truck was about as clean as I expect an old u-haul truck to be, and was fine for my small/quick move. I had requested to rent blankets and a dolly, which they did not have on site. I was given the option of going to pick them up at another uhaul location, but I didn’t have time to do that. If I could offer one piece of constructive feedback it would be to let the customer know in advance if the extra equipment requested isn’t available. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but I can see it being an issue for bigger and longer moves. Overall, I was satisfied with the experience and would use this location again.
