The owner was super helpful, But everything was handled over the phone. For me it was not good. Very the web site for reporting my return would not work.

Middle of nowhere, no cell service which made it difficult for the mobile pick up

Deborah Ann B.Truck has a transmission slip and the place where the key was to be picked up had either grease or soft asphalt which ended up on my shoes and got tracked onto carpet of house I was selling. Area surrounding key pickup point should be clear and have a hard surface so such things can't happen.
Patricia S.This is a garden shed in a gravel parking lot which Google maps can't even find! No one there at all, and a very small sign. We would have never found it at all if someone hadn't returned a large Uhaul there. On the good side, they did promptly process our return.
