26' truck is very under powered and gas mileage is horrible. Having a USB port thru radio would be an improvement also to play music from a flashdrive because most areas reception sucks. Also 3 loading ramps would be great to get large heavy items in easier when multiple people and dolly's are needed.

Any time I need a Uhaul I always go back to the same place. Great customer service, clean equipment and very reliable.
MARK THand truck blankets were not available as requested in the reservations. I was made aware of the gap only after asking. To be fair the rep. had already credited the account, but this type of information should be made clear to the renters without the need to enquire.
Robert BThere are no workers on site. Just a paper tapped to the door saying call a phone numver. No one answered the call, I had to wait for a call back.the lady on the other end told me to park the trailer myself and she will check it in later
