Even with a power outage, the gentleman in charge handled everything graciously!
Nancy MThey were to busy waiting on their drive through window customers to help us. The cab was Filthy! Reeked ! Cat hair, cat urine all over cab. Had to take Lysol water and mop the entire cab, even pulled out floor liner to scrub it better. Bought charcoal odor absorbers, and air fresheners. Would have returned it, but that was the only truck available in our area the size we needed.
JAMES LThere was extensive damage to this vehicle. Many dents along the passenger side - it looks like side swiped and the as damaged to the point where you could barely get the passenger door shut. The cargo compartment was extremely dusty, dirty, and had a strong odor. The cab of the truck appeared to not have been cleaned in a long time, and the truck only contained 1/8 of a tank of gas.
GARRETT DUhaul was not cleaned out and had less than a 1/4 tank. Mats were thrown everywhere in the back with dirt and mud.
