First we reserved a truck at 549 SR 193 S Jefferson because this was closest to our location. The day before I received an email stating I had to pick the truck up @ BB's Mini Mart, 15 miles north. I had taken a picture and scanned my drivers license the night before as I had been asked. Upon arrival @ BB's the man there knew nothing of the reservation, had no idea what he was doing and had to make several phone calls to get walked through the process including inporting my drivers license again. This location is in a bad location and the man trying to help me could not speak English clearly at all. Then he could not give me a receipt but agreed to email me one which I never received. I will never use Uhaul again. i was on a timeline and this process took over a half hour. Terrible, terrible service. The people in Jefferson also said there was nothing they could do even though we had the truck reserved it was taken away from them! What??? Unbelievable!!!!!

I wasnt thrilled upon setting it for conneaut ohio then having to drive to bula and pay almost double for what I was quoted online. But I got the job done that I was needing it for and had no issues with the viechle. Ac worked great and wasnt to harsh on fuel.
Steven LIt was average on the clean side. Truck had no heat! Fan blew but it was cold air. Pick up time was a 2 1/2 hour delay. It was not checked in properly from prior rental. Drop off date/day they would not do walk through of vehicle on return. The entire experience was absolutely below average and did not meet my expectations in any way. The location where we picked up & dropped off(BB's Mini Mart 515 Center St Ashtabula Oh 44004.)
