The gentleman that assisted me was very professional and helpful. There was a system glitch with the U-Haul reservation/booking system which caused problems in returning the vehicle. He proactively tried to find a solution to the problem and with many thanks to the gentleman's assistance, he made the return possible and resolved everything.
