The dolly that I ordered was not in the truck. Even after submitting the photos clearly showing the dolly was not there at pick up, I was still charged the dolly fee.

I was not given the dolly or pads that I ordered. By the time I noticed after driving off, the place was closed and no one was picking up the phone. Parking near the location for return is exceptionally difficult late at night. It took me over half an hour to find a suitable parking spot.
Marco CI waited one hour for pickup my key because the employee was late.
