Dirty and gross. Hold the payment for a long time it seems like they’re fraud. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst experience ever.
BILLY HMotor making noise, belt, worn steering wheel, there's a noise coming from the rear brakes; it sounds like the parking brake isn't retracting properly.

Bajram HParking situation was a mess; giving 2/5 instead of 1/5 because the guy who worked at the desk was very nice and helpful, but dropping off the truck was a pain as they don't let you park in the lot, so you have to find street parking nearby (which is not guaranteed--we drove around the block several times before finding something). My van was parked illegally in front of a fire hydrant when I picked it up and had a ticket that was a couple days old. Would not recommend this location.
