The remote pickup process is horrible To get the key took hours. The application failed and I had to call in. What is this outside verification I took my picture had my driver's license pict This is ridiculous. On a Sunday so the location was closed

KENNETH PQuote needs to be more accurate. Too many discrepancies between quote and actual charges. People at location were friendly, professional and extremely helpful!!! Was very pleasantly surprised after dealing with online issues. Should have just called them direct to begin with.
