They did not give me the extRa equipment that I rented and was charged for and even when I notified U-haul through the app when picking up and dropping off the truck, they still charged me.

I would prefer more informaton about the return process. The live representative was on a TV screen. No one instructed me about how to return the vehicle correctly on the app. I didn't do it correctly, but it all worked out.
Charles NWiFi was a little spotty. So checkin took a while. App is glitchy, it just finished my return process, while I was taking pictures.

CURTIS GNo remote access!!! 3&1/2 hours later we finally get a truck and the. The doors locked when we got out of it. ! I’m out an uber to get to the second place for $42 and a locksmith for $139 !!! So we spent in total 6&1-2 hours picking up not even the truck we wanted!!! I will never recommend UHaul again d I will tell everyone in Athens what a shotty experience this whole thing has been
