We didn’t get the big truck we had a reservation for. Had to get a smaller one so made more trips and paid more mileage. Online chat was zero help and rude. No one at the location to help, just a video chat who confirmed the truck should be there. It was a joke. Won’t use this location again. I’d drive 30 minutes somewhere else before they get my business.

Lori HWe rented online for $321 and they changed location to way further away, lower mileage, added additional charges, changed delivery location and charge $500. Not happy at all.
