Katrina SThe worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul, the lady didn’t know where the keys were, so I had to get help with a virtual assistant. When I returned the truck within 2 hours because o only went 4.1 miles and no gas used at all, she over charged me. She was not helpful at all.
