Battery was almost dead, Driver mirror would not stay set, & ramp wouldn't slide in and out easy.

They did not give me the extRa equipment that I rented and was charged for and even when I notified U-haul through the app when picking up and dropping off the truck, they still charged me.
Jeremy WI would prefer more informaton about the return process. The live representative was on a TV screen. No one instructed me about how to return the vehicle correctly on the app. I didn't do it correctly, but it all worked out.
Charles NWiFi was a little spotty. So checkin took a while. App is glitchy, it just finished my return process, while I was taking pictures.
