This location was closed when I dropped off my truck. However, there was a key drop off box. I had to call uhaul for assistance with drop off. I was able to get truck dropped off.
Sherrie SReturn process is fine,but rental process is a little slow for a u-haul location.
CHARLES TCharged a cleaning fee for a uhaul that I swept and mopped before returning. It looked better when I brought it back than it did when I picked it up.. money hungry location.
Misty CI ordered an appliance dolly and got a regular dolly. My vehicle transmission light came on after 37 miles and had to be towed. I was only able to use the vehicle for eight of my 24 hours. The location pick up was great, but my overall experience was poor.
