Truck was parked in the back lot hard to access. We had to drive through mud to get the truck out. Back lift gate was left open while it was being stored and it was completely filled with pinstraw,dirt and trash. We had to wait for the owner of the auto shop to pressure wash the truck out which left it soaking wet for us. Owner stated he let his brother use the truck. The miles and gas on the contract were different than the picture I took when I picked it up. They never gave me a picture of the contract and said it would be emailed to me. When I dropped the truck off uhaul tired charging me an additional $34 dollars because of this. I have pictures from when I picked it up and when I dropped it off.

ROBERT AWorst experience ever with U-Haul. And had made reservation at a location on near side of town. Day before pickup U-Haul switched pick-up to a mechanic shop on opposite side of town in a pretty rough area. So then I go to Pick up on Sunday morning, and of course business is closed and no one around. Had to do mobile app pick-up.. Difficulty getting in key lock box with Cust Service assistance on phone. then got in the box, and no key there. CS rep had to call around for 20 minutes to then tell me key was in the drop off box. That lock also did not work properly. Then when I got the key from drop box, I discovered that there were no blankets nor dolly which i reserved. I made U-Haul aware of both and they were to credit me for the blankets (approx $20-24) and dolly and they were to give me a $50 credit. I got a $20 credit.
