I was trying to leave a review for the Atlanta Hwy location but kept putting me back here because I wound up using my services here. I originally placed my pick up at the Atlanta hwy location. It was after hours because I work all day. I needed to use the u haul to pick up a couch that was going to be given to us for free but we had to pick it up at 11. I had my reservation for 10:00 pick up cause that was the earliest I can do. Where I had to go was only 15 min away. When I arrived to the location the process was very easy but there wasn’t a key in my box for pick up. I feel like that is the number one essential to make sure is set up before you clock out for the day. Everything was an inconvenience and was able to get another U-Haul but it took 20 min to get a new location and than a 15 more min to get there. That’s not counting how long it takes to get everything set up in the truck before driving. I wound up being late for what I had to do. And missed out on my couch. The whole night was a waste of my time and money. Not trying to be a Karen or anything but I just wanted to let someone know at the Atlanta hwy location. That you had one job to do a simple task.
