Charged me for 80 miles when I only when 16 miles in Athens Ga. The authorized dealer said he would fix the mileage on his end but he did added mileage.

Tell Customer to check vehicle for existing damages so you are not liable . Beware of overhead clearances
Robert TThe store owner does not communicate with his employees how to work the uhaul drop box. He did not transfer the truck key from the drop box to a lock box. We spent over an hour on the phone with the help desk and the store employee trying to get the key out of the box. Terrible experience.

TODD LNever even knew this place had U-Hauls until today. I wish I had gotten the guys name who helped me, he was awesome and super knowledgeable. Just needed a truck for two or three hours, everything was smooth as hell. Guy also answered the phone at noon when I called, in a panic situation, put the keys aside and had em ready for me, and was still there at like 7pm when I picked up the truck. What a hoss. Thank you
