I was charged for a service I wasn’t even asked about if I wanted
ANTEANNA HVery nice people and probably not their fault but the truck we received had a leak in the ceiling and my dining table was damaged.
REGINA RThis is a mechanic shop and the owner/manager had very poor customer service. He was on the phone in the bay which is at the front of the building. He told me to meet him at the front and then dismissed me. I was already standing at the front of the building. I went over to the trailers and waited for a while and then finally discovered there is an office on the far end of the building. He should have asked me to meet him in the office. This was not the front of the building. He was gruff and over all un professional.
