Very nice people and probably not their fault but the truck we received had a leak in the ceiling and my dining table was damaged.

This is a mechanic shop and the owner/manager had very poor customer service. He was on the phone in the bay which is at the front of the building. He told me to meet him at the front and then dismissed me. I was already standing at the front of the building. I went over to the trailers and waited for a while and then finally discovered there is an office on the far end of the building. He should have asked me to meet him in the office. This was not the front of the building. He was gruff and over all un professional.

WILLIAM HI would like to pick up the U-Haul truck from the proper location—it wasn’t proper location to pick up the truck. Also, the final invoice shows a significantly different price with unexpected fuel charges. We barely drove the truck, so I don’t understand how an additional $40 was added. Customers should be informed in advance that even minimal usage can result in substantial charges.
