I paid for Dolly’s and didn’t get them. There was trash in the truck and no gas. I returned the truck with gas in it and they tried to charge me for gas! I’m so glad I took pictures of the dashboard to show how much was in the tank during pick up and drop off smh. I’ve NEVER had these issues in my previous experiences with Uhaul. Moving is already stressful and this experience added to the stress.
Crystal RThe location needs better communication. The equipment steering kind of lags, felt unsafe while steering, and vehicle suddenly gives a forward push.
Md MThe tank was empty when I got it and they still charged me $26 for gasoline at the end. So basically this company stole my money and I wish someone would go to jail because of it. Not to mention the $50+ charged at the end for no reason I can determine because I already paid $300 at the beginning.
