It was average in that I was taken aback that it was just a gas station. But the service was great and they got me on the road just fine.

Comeca BWindshield Wipers did not work and my requested hand-truck was not available.
Adin BI paid for Dolly’s and didn’t get them. There was trash in the truck and no gas. I returned the truck with gas in it and they tried to charge me for gas! I’m so glad I took pictures of the dashboard to show how much was in the tank during pick up and drop off smh. I’ve NEVER had these issues in my previous experiences with Uhaul. Moving is already stressful and this experience added to the stress.
Crystal RThe location needs better communication. The equipment steering kind of lags, felt unsafe while steering, and vehicle suddenly gives a forward push.
