It's so sad when you have a new client and you cannot explain good enough when they're giving you a address where they're going is sad. I got charged one thing with paperwork. Then, when I go in to pay, it was something totally different. I would never rent from you hall again. My first experience was that bad so, to this is my last? Thank you. But no f******, thank you.
