Needing only a 10ft truck I was backed into a 15ft on UHaul App as only available in greater Athens area. My equipment contract was for a 15 ft truck with (1) pads only (no dolly) to be picked up at 9am at this location. Upon arriving by contracted equipment was not available. Reason by Regional Uhual Mgr was renter extended rental. She politely provided me the 20ft truck that was onsite. I asked if pads would be here for pickup which she stated yes. Shell Mgr was very professional and helpful thru this process. He stated no pads were onsite but he also showed (1) dolly on my rental agreement which I never added. He instructed me to drive 6 miles to another UHaul location Uhaul Moving and STorage of North Downtown Athens (879071). Upon arriving I had to way 40 minutes to reach the register where I explained just needed pads on my contract which they stated they now needed full new contract and (2) emergency contacts. I was so frustrated. They charged me another ($10) above my current contract and I left with the pads at 11:52am roughly (3) hours after pulling up at my original location for 15 ft truck above. Again, Shell Manager very helpful however the overall experience with UHaul as a brand was beyond inconvenienced

Jennifer RIt's so sad when you have a new client and you cannot explain good enough when they're giving you a address where they're going is sad. I got charged one thing with paperwork. Then, when I go in to pay, it was something totally different. I would never rent from you hall again. My first experience was that bad so, to this is my last? Thank you. But no f******, thank you.
