First time using this location in Athens. However, very helpful and kind. When I turned the van in, I made sure everything was cleaned out. I unintentionally left the back door open and then I remembered it after I left. I called to let them know what I did the nice gentleman responded by saying thank you for letting him know. I always have a good experience with U-Haul. Thank you everyone
Michael BHe was very hateful Said we went over the miles and we did not put enough gas in. But we filled it up cost 70 plus dollars. Crazy
Michael KThe cargo area of the truck looked as though it had carried plants that had fell over. Dirt and debris all over including the area over the cab of the truck. Had to sweep out truck before putting items in it.
Michael TThese guys know the app sucks and didn't make me go through the grind of figuring out how to work around system bugs. I appreciate their willingness to use their own eyes and see that no damage was done to the truck.
