The man who checked me in and out was so unbelievably friendly, I would do it all again. Definitely a cool business, great staff.

TRAVIS TMy first location was not at this facility. I had problems with the other location (that I was moved to because there was not a 10' truck at the location I selected). I could not get the padlock open to get to the key and no one is on call to assist on Mondays. (really??) They moved me to a larger truck at this location. The guy at this location was extremely nice and shocked I was moved there as he did not have a truck, but they moved me to someone else's truck. It seems crazy to just arbitrarily do that, but I guess they do. Recommendations? Have someone on call at locations that have lock boxes to assist so that the original customer and others after that customer being moved to other trucks are not impacted. Seems like a small business expense.
