Get a better app. I got 4 access codes and it greyed out the area to where I needed enter it every time - was worthless- since it didn’t work after 4th attempt I deleted it The nice guy at the counter was able to do the order for me - was very helpful - even though he had to do it multiple times - it kept pushing add ons ( trailers, storage, etc.) Moving is stressful enough there’s no reason to add stress with a poor app.
