THOMAS FWe called central booking and requested a 10 or 15 ft truck to move our college daughter out of her apartment. They first sent us to the wrong location which took an extra 30 minutes of travel time. They then gave us the wrong sized truck and charged us for the bigger truck. Additionally, they added $150 for insurance when we told them we didn't need it. After 3 phone calls, they finally reimbursed us for the insurance but still charged us for the bigger truck. Such a hassle for something that should have been so easy.
