JAMES CI actually couldn't think of anything you could do any better. I was very pleased and impressed with the service and the people. They were extremely more pleasant than all the other people I talked to U-Haul that day trying to rent one Adam Surplus did a fantastic job get me what I needed get me on my way and making sure everything was right. I will use them from here on out even though it's a 30 minute drive for me
