RICHARD EThe U-Haul app did not work AT ALL. It complicated my move and caused me to have to move in the hot sun.
Camisha BU-haul personnel too busy working on cars, was made to wait SEVERAL minutes to check out & check in! HOWEVER… employee Ms. Veronica assisted me TREMENDOUSLY after my U-haul’s 1st reservation/1st location was dishonored. Veronica was VERY professional, polite, and turned my bad experience around. Veronica is definitely an asset to your company!
