The truck smelled awful of cigarettes. We couldn’t get the truck we booked because no one was on site to hand us the keys. It was just not a good start to an already stressful day.

Truck broke down as soon as we had gone & loaded, so we never got to finish our move as customer service was a horrendous nightmare & I paid a crew for two days instead of a few hours that was needed & stuff still in storage. They promised a replacement vehicle for two days & just jerked us around & never got it
