I've rented U-haul trucks for years and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. This location rented out the truck from hell to me. They made me pay in cash which is something I've always done when I dropped the truck off. After I paid for the truck the man told me the truck had been broken into...it was extremely dirty inside the key had to be turned so hard that it almost broke your thumb because someone broke the ignition . The wipers didn't work and it was pouring raining. When ever you turned the truck off and turned it back on the gear shift would not go into drive. You would have to yank and pull for several minutes before it would go into drive. It was a nightmare rental. It was only grace that I got from Georgia to Pennsylvania. The truck they gave me needed to be taken off the road.
