One of the tires had low pressure. The gas gauge was not correct when we picked it up. We tried to correct it but couldn't do it online. When I tried to let the owner know, about the gas and tire pressure he wouldn't come to the door. A day later we discovered a headlight was out which forced us to use high beams at night. We returned the truck on time but I got a notification that afternoon stating that it hadn't been returned which means I had to spend time calling u haul to correct the error. Over all very poor customer service.
