The strip mall that the embroidery shop is located is not well maintained. The shop owner did not have a bathroom available for my daughter to use...he sent us down to a local store that also did not have one available. I will say the location was close to the airport so that was convenient since we got directly off our plane and headed over to retrieve the truck.

Carol CVery disappointing experience. The AC stopped working halfway, and the transmission was slipping badly. The steering was loose, the seats were worn out and uncomfortable, and it didn’t come with a ramp like most U-Hauls. Overall, the vehicle seemed poorly maintained.
Theodore DHorrible experience! Truck stopped working in the middle of my move. Was told that another truck would be in route and it wasn’t. We were left on the side of the road for over an hour for an uber. Was told to go to chambee (46 mins away) location and a truck would be available and there wasn’t any truck available. Then had to go to the downtown location and was able to get a truck. I had already paid my movers for that day and have to pay an additional $400 for them to come back to finish the move.
